International Orders

All international orders have a $50 shipping fee. All orders will be shipped signature required (by the purchaser only) and 100% insured to guarantee against loss of item. We will ship anywhere allowed by law, which includes 99% of Europe, all of Australia, all of Canada, etc. If you live in Africa, please give us a call first. There are many places there we are not allowed to send to.

All international orders must be paid via bank wire transfer. No exceptions.

All international orders are subject to the same return policy as domestic orders with the exception that no returns will be accepted if you refuse to pay your country’s fees relating to customs.

Please remember each country requires the purchaser to pay tax and duty fees on the item they purchase overseas. This is out of our control. You will be required to pay this fee, by law, before your item can be delivered. We do not know the exact tax and duty fee of your country, however, a good general rule to follow is you can expect it to be anywhere between 5% and 10% of the agreed-upon price.

It’s impossible to set an exact time in which any overseas item will arrive, as each item will be held up in customs. For this reason, we ask that you place your order giving you enough time for your item to clear customs and reach you. We usually require 10 working days to create and ship your ring. Once sent out, it could take another 3-10 days to get to you depending on your country’s customs department/policies. In other words, please give yourself at least 20 days.

It’s our policy to give a 5% discount to anyone who pays via bank wire transfer. Even though we require all international orders to be paid by bank wire transfer, you will still receive the 5% discount. Please keep this in mind when ordering. All international orders are given a 5% discount automatically.
