All of our engagement rings are manufactured using the highest quality materials and always inspected prior to shipment. Once you receive your item you can have it professionally cleaned and inspected locally. Most jewelry stores perform these inspection services for free, including steam cleaning your ring and checking the prongs for tightness, regardless of where you made your original purchase. You can also clean the jewelry yourself using jewelry cleaner or a toothbrush and warm soapy water.
Blooming Rings, Inc. warrants that all items ordered from our company will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If you believe at any time there is a manufacturing defect with your engagement ring, please do not hesitate to contact us at (213) 222-8868 as soon as possible.
The Best Course of Action
After listening to you describe the issue with your ring(s), we will determine the best course of action to be taken. If we determine that your ring(s) should be sent back for a professional inspection by one of our jewelers, we will provide you with complete instructions on how to proceed. Please be aware that Blooming Rings, Inc. will not pay for any work performed on your ring(s) by another jeweler, company or individual under any circumstances. In fact allowing another jeweler to perform work on your ring(s), may void your warranty.
Even if you experience an issue that is clearly not covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty, please do not hesitate to contact us for help and/or advice with your ring(s). We are always happy to speak with our customers and we truly do want to help you in any way that we can. By working together, we can ensure that you will be able to enjoy your beautiful ring(s) for an entire lifetime!
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty Covers:
Our Limited lifetime Warranty also includes at no cost to you, general maintenance items such as prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating and professional cleanings for as long as you own your ring(s). You the customer, are responsible for shipping charges to our office. In many cases Blooming Rings, Inc. may choose to pay for the cost of shipping your ring(s) back to you once we have completed all free maintenance. However please be aware that this is at the sole discretion of Blooming Rings, Inc., and customers may be asked to pay for the portion of shipping charges that exceed $50. In most cases shipments to a continental USA address will not exceed $50.
Pave diamonds, and small accent diamonds (up to .05 points) will be replaced free of charge for the first 12 months, unless Blooming Rings, Inc. determines that the loss/damage was due to excessive “wear and tear”. After the first 12 months, customers are responsible for the cost of replacing small accent diamonds and Pave set diamonds. (If Necessary) Blooming Rings, Inc. will never charge more than our actual cost to repair a customer’s ring(s), as our only goal is to fix your ring for the lowest possible cost, and return it to you promptly.
Blooming Rings, Inc. does not insure your center diamond or gemstone under any circumstances, nor do we cover center diamonds or gemstones under any type of warranty whatsoever.
Protecting your center diamond or gemstone against accidental loss or damage, theft, or any other type of loss is solely your responsibility. It is for this reason that we strongly recommend that all customers purchase insurance to protect their center diamond or gemstone and engagement ring setting against accidental loss, theft or damage.
Many customers choose to insure their center diamond or gemstone and their engagement ring setting by purchasing a separate insurance policy from the same insurance agent that wrote their homeowners insurance policy.
If you do not have the option of purchasing “engagement ring insurance” through your homeowners policy, you will be glad to know that there are other companies that you can purchase engagement ring insurance from. One such company that provides this service is JewelersMutual.com.
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser of the Product (Owner)

Allowing Outside Parties to Work / Alter Your Item:
Blooming Rings, Inc. understands that, in some cases, a customer may have their own center stone that they choose to have set by their local jeweler. Please be aware that this can void your warranty in it’s entirety. Under no circumstances can Blooming Rings, Inc. be held liable for damages that any other company, jeweler, or individual may of caused. However, as a service to our customers, we will always attempt to repair any damages, that we deem in our sole discretion to be repairable. In the event we choose to make the repairs, we not charge you any more than the actual cost to us to repair said damage(s). However, if we deem the damage to be “unrepairable” we will return your item to you, unaltered.
NOTE: In all cases, you must contact us first to obtain a repair authorization number before sending your item to our manufacturing facility.
